Byrd Eye Media is a Colorado-based aerial media company built around high-level FPV drone piloting and precision execution.

At its core, the company focuses on FPV drone work—delivering dynamic, immersive footage that goes beyond standard aerials. With years of experience behind the controls and a deep understanding of movement, timing, and spatial awareness, every shot is captured with intention.

A key part of that process is the equipment itself. All FPV drones are custom-built and tuned for performance, reliability, and smooth footage. This allows Byrd Eye Media to operate in complex environments, fly tight and technical lines, and consistently produce high-quality results.

In addition to FPV, Byrd Eye Media provides cinematic aerial drone work, offering a full range of perspectives for concerts, real estate, construction, and action sports. From long-term project documentation to high-impact visual content, the focus remains the same—clean visuals, consistent execution, and results that stand out.

ABOUT ME

I’m Kyle Byrd, a drone and FPV pilot based in Colorado and the founder of Byrd Eye Media.

I’ve been flying FPV drones for over 7 years, building a strong foundation in precision control, smooth movement, and navigating complex environments. FPV flying is at the core of what I do, and it’s a skill that takes time to develop—especially when flying tight, technical lines or operating in challenging environments.

I also build and tune all of my own drones. That gives me complete control over performance, reliability, and how each aircraft handles in the air. Every setup is dialed in for smooth footage, responsiveness, and the ability to adapt to different types of shoots—whether that’s a controlled indoor fly-through or a fast-paced outdoor line.

That combination of piloting experience and custom-built equipment allows me to execute shots that go beyond standard drone work. Alongside FPV, I also provide cinematic aerial drone footage, giving clients a full range of perspectives for real estate, construction, and action sports.
